Mark
LeMay,
Vice
President and co-founder of AVANT Group, Inc.,
holds a BSCE degree from Lawrence Institute of
Technology and has over 25 years of environmental,
construction, and geotechnical experience that
includes subsurface investigations; site
assessments; CERCLA and RCRA investigations,
corrective actions, closures, and document
preparation; spill response; over 200 contamination
investigations, closures, and remediations; and
soil and ground-water remedial design and
construction. Mr. LeMay is the Project Manager for
many sites that are active participants in
Indiana's Voluntary Remediation Program (VRP),
several of which involve chlorinated compounds and
risk assessments. Mr. LeMay is certified
in Michigan as a Professional UST Consultant for
assessments, feasibility studies, and remediation
of contaminated soil and ground water. . |

Meinholz,
Environmental
Manager, has over 19 years of experience in industrial wastewater
pretreatment and environmental engineering. He has extensive
experience in design, installation, and construction management
of industrial wastewater pretreatment systems. Mr. Meinholz
is certified by the states of Indiana and Wisconsin as an Industrial
Wastewater Treatment Operator and has extensive experience
in technical data collection and evaluation for industrial
projects, and working with the local, state, and federal pretreatment
regulations. Mr. Meinholz has assisted numerous industrial
clients regarding compliance issues with storm water discharge
regulations and preparation of storm water pollution prevention
plans, as well as preparation of other regulatory compliance
plans regarding spill control and countermeasure plans, baseline
monitoring reports, and emergency response plans. . |

Neal
Johnson, Senior
Geologist and Project Manager, holds BS and MS degrees in
geology and hydrogeology from Indiana University (Bloomington)
and has pursued additional graduate work in hydrogeology
at the University of Houston. Mr. Johnson has 20 years of
professional experience and has been an environmental consultant
since 1991. His specialties include subsurface field studies,
Phase I site assessments, coordination of comprehensive
ground-water monitoring projects, environmental data reduction
and analysis, asbestos inspections for site assessments
and structure demolitions, and preparation of storm-water
pollution-prevention plans. Mr. Johnson is a Licensed Professional
Geologist in Indiana and Illinois, Licensed Water Well Driller,
Certified Asbestos Inspector in Indiana, and holds an Indiana
Underground Storage Tank certification for UST removals
and closures. . |

Joseph
Hendrickson, P.E., Senior
Engineer and Project Manager, holds a Bachelor’s Degree
in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and has seven
years of experience in the consulting field. Experience
in water and wastewater treatment design and construction
(industrial and municipal), water distribution system design
and construction, air pollution emission inventories and
permitting, storm and sanitary sewer design and construction,
combined sewer overflow (CSO) storage, special waste permitting,
storm water detention/retention basin design and construction,
NPDES permitting, and land application issues. Preparation
of various environmental plans including Storm Water Pollution
Prevention Plans (SWPPP), Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure
(SPCC) Plans, Waste Minimization/Pollution Prevention Plans,
Contingency Plans, and Facility Response Plans (FRPs). Areas
of expertise include: Industrial Wastewater Treatment Design,
Storm Sewer System Design, Water Distribution System Design,
Storm Water Detention/Retention Basin Design, Construction
Management, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, Storm
Water Sampling, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure

Kaczmarczyk, Business
Development Associate, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree
in Environmental and Hazardous Materials Management from
the University of Findlay (Findlay, Ohio). She is currently
pursuing her Masters in the same discipline. Recently,
Rayna served as an associate in Health & Safety Services
with The American Red Cross of Northeast Indiana. In
addition to her duties in sales and marketing, Rayna
is also certified as a First Aid, CPR, and Automated
External Defibrillator (AED) instructor. |
