Our inspection experience ranges from single residences to large, institutional projects with multiple structures. AVANT does not perform asbestos removal; we work independently of abatement contractors. As a result, we provide objective, independent appraisals of the occurrences and types of asbestos-containing materials in the structures we inspect, which can then be used to solicit accurate, unbiased bids from abatement contractors.
