Asbestos and Lead-Paint Inspections AVANT's staff includes experienced, Indiana-certified asbestos and lead-paint inspectors who evaluate asbestos-containing materials and lead paint in structures to facilitate property transfers, demolition, and building renovations or remodeling. Our inspection experience ranges from single residences to large, institutional projects with multiple structures. AVANT does not perform asbestos removal; we work independently of abatement contractors. As a result, we provide objective, independent appraisals of the occurrences and types of asbestos-containing materials in the structures we inspect, which can then be used to solicit accurate, unbiased bids from abatement contractors.
