Hydrogeologic & Contamination Investigations If you have a subsurface contamination issue, our goal is to thoroughly, and cost-effectively, investigate your site so that we understand the problem, can perform an effective risk assessment, and ultimately increase the value of your property by restoring it to productive use. A thorough, accurate characterization of the hydrogeology and soil and groundwater contamination is critical for a realistic risk assessment and an effective remediation design. Knowing what we need to accomplish these things - an understanding of your objectives, knowledge of environmental regulations, an accurate conceptual model of the physical and chemical characteristics of the subsurface environment, and an understanding of how contaminants behave in that environment - is just as important.
